    • I’m a really bad swimmer. My coach wanted to fail me because I could not swim in a straight line. However, I really love splashing and floating in the pool. Ok, no more excuses!

  1. Uck, I remember having something similar pre kids. It was awful. I had that cough for a couple months. Nothing seemed to work. I have found peppermint oil to help with my headaches when applied to my forehead, temples and back of the neck with a carrier oil… but I’m not doctor… this is just something I have found that worked for myself a few times.

    • A number of my friends and colleagues swear by essential oils at the moment. I’m glad they work well for you. I am quite sensitive to smells, so I usually do not smell them if I do not have to.

  2. Those are all terrific goals. It’s true that when we don’t take care of ourselves, we can suddenly fall apart without knowing what’s happening. Enjoy the facials!
